  2. 2. Customer suggestions are received through the integrated system and notified to the relevant department and person.
  3. 3. The relevant department and person checks and takes the proper action for customer suggestions and notifies the results to the customers.
  4. 4. In the case of any problems that can’t be managed by the relevant department/person, the problems are resolved in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
