How to Submit Customer Suggestions
- 1. Namyang receives the suggestions received from customers in various ways (including internet, calling, fax, mail, or customer contact point)

- 2. Customer suggestions are received through the integrated system and notified to the relevant department and person.
- 3. The relevant department and person checks and takes the proper action for customer suggestions and notifies the results to the customers.
- 4. In the case of any problems that can’t be managed by the relevant department/person, the problems are resolved in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
